- Charter Renewal Application was signed by the current officers and will be sent by the November 26th deadline. |

- The IBHA Convention will be held on March 14-17 at the Days Hotel Airport in Indianapolis, IN. Hotel rates are $69.99 per night for singles or doubles. Triples and quads are $10 more. Please plan to attend. |

- Revised forms for proposed rule changes will be sent in November. Date for submitting a rule change is now December 3rd. |

- World Show Changes for 2012 - the new one-day warm-up show will consist of four seperate judges and will offer four sets of IBHA points. The show will be held on Tuesday, July 31. NSBA classes will be offered and run concurrent with the Open IBHA classes. NSBA classes will be judged by the four judges for four sets of points. This new concept is a trial for developing and expanding opportunities for charter clubs to formulte Regional or Sectional of Tri-State type Dunaramas. The name "Dunarama" is no longer associated with the IBHA World Week. The World Championship show will continue as a four day event to accomodate the World Sale, Exhibitor's Party, Youth evening, and Queen's Ball. Show dates are July 30 - August 5. |

- The November/December 2011 issue of the Equine National is the last issue to be published as the official publication of the IBHA. IBHA will use its' website, the General Letter system, and direct mail when necessary for information, notices, coming events, and any and all pertinent information. |

- In following the program of accepting registration applicagtions at a show, in 2012 such registration applications will be accepted up to and including the day before the start of the IBHA World Show. |

- Effective with the 2012 show season, IBHA will temporarily discontinue its' drug testing program. The show committees will not collect the administration fee for drug testing. |

- Additions to the 2012 IBHA Suspended Persons List: *Delaina Harris (Sheridan, AR) *Kathie Menke (Newburgh, IN) *Russ Spreckelmeier (Springboro, OH) Show committees should avoid accepting membership or entry fees at IBHA approved shows from the listed individuals.
